Whole-body cryotherapy is a technology based on ancient practices of using cold to promote healing. While it has been used to treat a variety of medical conditions and symptoms for many decades, people are beginning to infer a range of ways in which cryotherapy can make them look and feel better, healthier, and yes, even younger.

Lots of my patients, especially the ultra-marathoners and triathletes, rave about the effects of cryotherapy in their race recovery regimens.
