It’s What’s for Dinner!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Two options:
    1. Bake chicken for 40 min at 350 degrees then chop into bite size pieces. 
    1. Alternative is to chop into small pieces then sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked thoroughly. 
    1. (Busy Mom hack = use left-over rotisserie chicken chopped up)
  2. Add zucchini noodles, pesto and minced garlic then steam with cover on for 10 minutes until noodles are soft. Toss to mix thoroughly.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir again. 
  4. Add parmesan when serving.
